A printed backdrop gives you complete creative control. Rather than hand painting every detail, your artwork, photography or scenic design is printed directly onto the fabric, giving you sharp detail, accurate colour and consistent results across even the largest cloths. It’s a practical choice for touring productions, where backdrops need to be reproduced, replaced or scaled for different venues.

Printed canvas is the go-to choice for scenic backdrops, giving a solid, opaque surface that carries full colour imagery. For something more atmospheric, printed gauze (also known as scrim) lets you play with light. Lit from the front, the printed image appears solid. Lighter fabrics such as printed voile and printed taffeta are ideal for softer scenic elements, flowing drapes and decorative pieces that need movement as well as colour.

A printed design doesn’t have to stop at the backdrop. A printed floor cloth or adhesive vinyl can extend your set across the stage, creating anything from a stone courtyard to a choppy ocean.
